Rosewood Hotels & Resorts unveiled plans for the Rosewood Calistoga, a new resort and residential development slated to open in California’s Napa Valley in 2027.

The 118-acre property will comprise 129 guest accommodations as well as 20 private villas and 13 home sites under the Rosewood Residences  brand.

The resort’s dining program will showcase locally sourced ingredients, drawing from on-site gardens and regional farms and wineries. Food and beverage outlets will include a poolside eatery with vineyard views, a cocktail bar and a signature “earth-to-table” restaurant, which will specialize in fresh produce, organic and free-range meats and sustainably harvested seafood.

The property will be home to an outpost of Rosewood’s Asaya spa, featuring six treatment rooms, an outdoor garden, hydrotherapy facilities and a fitness center.

The resort will also offer two swimming pools, a children’s club and 20,000 square feet of event space.

The Rosewood Calistoga will be the luxury brand’s third property in California, joining the Rosewood Miramar Beach in Montecito and the Rosewood Sand Hill in Menlo Park.
