Named the “Fort of the Sun”, Mihir Garh is a boutique hotel that emerges from the dunes of the Thar Desert just outside Jodhpur. Constructed from scratch using materials drawn from the local landscape and drawn from old Marwari design, this nine-suite fortress presents a unique mixture of rustic grandeur and cultural induction.

Each suite spans more than 1,700 sq ft, with individual plunge pools, fireplaces, and hand-crafted furniture. Guests may go horseback safaris on Marwari horses, dine under starlight, and witness the desert light transform in warm, golden hues.
