Following a year of robust growth, Remington Hospitality is strengthening its presence in the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA) with the addition of ONE | GT in Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands. This latest addition marks another milestone in Remington’s rapid expansion across the region, underscoring its dedication to delivering exceptional hospitality experiences and elevating its portfolio in key destinations.
ONE | GT, slated to open in November 2025, will be the first luxury urban residential hotel on Grand Cayman. Blending sleek, contemporary design with an indisputably Caribbean spirit, this stylish hotel boasts condo-style accommodations in a landmark 10-story building with a signature French-Mediterranean restaurant, a pastry café, and the only rooftop experience on the Island that features an infinity-edge pool, restaurant, and bar – all promising the best views of the island. Under Remington Hospitality’s management, the modern property located in the Cayman Island’s capital George Town will cater to business and leisure travelers alike, offering 177 rooms in various configurations, from suites to residential units and penthouse lofts.
As the Caribbean and Latin America attract an increasing number of first-time visitors, destinations are carving out their niche and refining their distinct offerings to meet the expectations of a broadening demographic. With this in mind, Remington Hospitality is committed to aligning with these evolving travel trends, ensuring each property’s amenities and offerings reflect its distinct character while catering to the needs and preferences of diverse travelers.
Our steady growth in the Caribbean and Latin America over the past year reflects the region’s increasing appeal, driven by favorable development economics, and the confidence hotel owners have in our management approach. As we continue expanding our presence in CALA, we remain focused on bringing our operational expertise and strategic resources to support both hotels and guests in these dynamic markets. Keith Oltchick, Chief Development Officer at Remington Hospitality.
With an established presence in the Caribbean and Latin America, Remington Hospitality remains focused on adapting to the local hospitality landscape, learning from the unique demands and opportunities the region offers.
