Pendry Hotels & Resorts partners with SomeraRoad and Trestle Studios to bring Pendry Nashville and Residences to Paseo South Gulch, opening in 2027.

Pendry Hotels & Resorts Teams Up to Create Pendry Nashville and Residences

Pendry Hotels & Resorts has announced a collaboration with SomeraRoad, a leading real estate investment and development firm, and Trestle Studios to develop Pendry Nashville and Pendry Residences Nashville. This exciting new addition to the growing Paseo South Gulch district will break ground immediately, with an expected opening in 2027.

Design and Architecture Led by Renowned Firms

The architectural vision for the project will be brought to life by Nashville’s own ESa, while the interiors will be designed by Post Company, a renowned studio based in New York. Pendry Nashville will feature 180 stylish guestrooms and suites, complemented by 146 luxury Pendry Residences. The property will also offer various dining venues, a rooftop pool, a fitness center, and adaptable meeting spaces. A dedicated 10,000-square-foot event area will occupy the second floor, with the design showcasing vintage accents and carefully curated artworks throughout.

Pendry Residences Nashville: Exclusive Luxury Living

Pendry Residences Nashville will deliver a high-end residential experience, characterized by sophisticated architecture and spacious floorplans. Residences, ranging from one to four bedrooms, will offer expansive living areas that extend up to 3,800 square feet. In addition to full access to the hotel’s world-class amenities, residents will enjoy private offerings, including a residential pool, a whiskey and billiards room, a dining space, enhanced security, dedicated parking, and personalized services.

Pendry Nashville is set to capture the essence of Music City, featuring an upbeat, upscale design that reflects the city’s culture. The property will offer unique food and beverage concepts, distinctive event spaces, and exciting programming. Positioned in the heart of Paseo South Gulch, Pendry Nashville will be immersed in a vibrant neighborhood with a diverse mix of shops, restaurants, offices, residences, and community events, making it a prime location for both visitors and residents.

Collaborative Partnerships Drive the Project Forward

JE Dunn Capital Partners and Clark Construction are key collaborators on this venture, with financing managed by the Walker & Dunlop New York Capital Markets team, ensuring that Pendry Nashville becomes a landmark destination in Nashville’s thriving Paseo South Gulch area.
