Currently, she serves as the General Manager of ME by Meliá Dubai, where she is recognized for her commitment to diversity and gender equality in the workplace. Under her leadership, the hotel boasts a culturally diverse team, with staff representing 30 different nationalities, reflecting her dedication to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment.
Throughout her career, Elsa has held key leadership roles with prestigious hotel chains such as Starwood Hotels & Resorts, The Dorchester Group, Leading Hotels, and Marriott. She began her career in 1996 at the Hotel Noga Hilton in Cannes and has since contributed to the success of various renowned establishments. Her extensive experience in hotel operations and management has shaped her into a respected figure in the hospitality industry.
In addition to her operational roles, Elsa is also passionate about education, serving as a lecturer for hotel management at Vatel, a global network of hospitality schools. Her involvement in academia highlights her dedication to shaping the future of hospitality by mentoring the next generation of leaders.
