Marlon Rojas has been appointed as the Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC.

Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC, has announced the appointment of Marlon Rojas as its new Hotel Manager. Rojas transitions to this role after serving as Director of Food and Beverage at Four Seasons Hotel Fort Lauderdale, where he has been part of the opening team since 2021. He moved to the Washington, DC, location in early 2024.

Rojas has been with Four Seasons for over a decade, starting his career in Costa Rica as Director of Banquets. He later held the position of Director of Quality Assurance, Learning and Development, focusing on coaching and performance management. His career path then led him back to operations in Food and Beverage, where he held senior leadership roles at multiple properties and was involved in task force assignments for openings in São Paulo and Napa Valley.

In his new role as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Washington, DC, Rojas will oversee hotel operations and continue to implement strategies to enhance guest experiences.
