US-based franchisor My Place Hotels of America is set to deploy an automated revenue management system (RMS) from AI-powered hospitality revenue management software company IDeaS.

After an evaluation involving other solutions, My Place Hotels selected the IDeaS platform to support its proprietary tool called My RevPulse.

The My RevPulse system is designed for pricing, forecasting, and operational functions across all properties in the portfolio.

IDeaS’ platform will be rolled out at My Place Hotels’ portfolio of more than 80 extended stay hotels across 31 states in the US.

The collaboration between My Place Hotels and IDeaS will make AI-based revenue management and dynamic pricing tools available to midscale hotels across the US.

My Place Hotels chief operating officer Matt Campbell said: “At My Place, what really sets us apart is our custom-built technology stack designed specifically around what matters most to hotel operators.

“IDeaS offers a superior product and a history of success in the RMS world. We felt it was the right technology to help us develop our My RevPulse solution for our properties, allowing our teams to focus on what truly counts: great service.”

This partnership will allow My Place Hotels to apply automation and analytics through the IDeaS system.

According to IDeaS, hotel operators will have access to predictive features intended to assist with revenue-related choices.

The system is designed to serve select-service hotel operations. It includes tools for monitoring demand changes and supports data-driven decision making.

My Place Hotels was started in 2012 by Ron and Ryan Rivett. There are more than 120 additional properties currently planned or under development.

IDeaS co-founder, chief operating officer and chief technology officer Sanjay Nagalia said: “Together, IDeaS and My Place Hotels can improve profitability, operational efficiency, and the guest experience across this rapidly growing portfolio.”

Last week, Red Sea Global Hospitality (RSGH) selected IDeaS’ G3 RMS and Optix platform for roll out across its resort portfolio in Saudi Arabia.
