Aiden Hotel

Phoenix, Arizona – BWH Hotels Hotels, the leading hospitality enterprise comprised of three hotel companies including WorldHotels™, Best Western® Hotels & Resorts and SureStay® Hotels, today announced significant global growth for Aiden, its bold, elevated brand known for its sleek design and boutique appeal, with more than 50 properties in development.

Aiden is lighting up the hospitality scene from San Antonio to Sydney, capturing the attention of owners worldwide. Modern. Memorable. Charismatic. Aiden’s flexible upscale model is ideal for hoteliers looking to transform an existing property or building something entirely new. Brad LeBlanc, Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer of BWH Hotels

Expanding Global Footprint

Since its launch, Aiden has continued to attract owners and travelers with a distinctive mix of modern style, local character and customizable development opportunities. In addition to its growing pipeline, Aiden now has more than 35 hotels open across 15 countries on five continents, totaling 3,666 rooms.

Where We’re Headed

  • North America: Aiden continues to expand across key North American markets, offering experiences from the red rock formations of Sedona and the foodie-epicenter of Los Angeles’ Chinatown to the dynamic, urban energy of Newark and the vibrant culture of the Riverwalk in San Antonio. Exciting new destinations are on the horizon, in places like Kansas City’s Power and Light District, the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport, Sacramento and West Palm Beach.
  • Europe and Middle East: Aiden’s momentum continues to build across Europe, with active growth in France, Austria, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Poland, Norway and Sweden. The brand is also preparing to make its debut in the Middle East, with its first property in Jeddah, Saudia Arabia, slated to open in 2027.
  • Asia-Pacific: In the Asia-Pacific region, Aiden is making strides in standout locations like Seoul, South Korea and Bengaluru, India. The region’s expansion will continue over the next six months: Aiden Surawong Bangkok in the cultural heart and soul of Thailand’s capital, is set to open in early 2026; Aiden SCQ Perth in Australia, a 120-room hotel and apartment concept set within a booming art precinct, is slated for Q1 2027.
  • Latin America: A region experiencing rapid growth, Latin America remains a key focus for BWH Hotels as it expands its portfolio. An Aiden property opened in 2024 in Georgetown, Guyana’s capital and largest city, with another location in development in Mexico.
