Coast Hotels has partnered with Infor to implement their cloud-based hospitality applications, aiming to enhance guest services and operational efficiency.
This initiative is aimed at meeting the evolving expectations of modern guests and supporting the hotel’s expansion plans.
Coast Hotels, a subsidiary of APA Hotel Canada, operates across diverse locations from urban cities to resort destinations in Canada and the US.
The adoption of Infor’s cloud-based property management system (PMS), Infor HMS, is set to provide the hotel with a centralised hub for operations and clear business data insights.
The move towards more cloud-based software is expected to empower the hotel’s teams to make business decisions in real time.

In addition to Infor HMS, Coast Hotels will also utilise Infor SCS Sales and Event Management, a cloud-based solution that automates the event lifecycle, enabling the creation of memorable experiences efficiently.

In April 2023, Coast Hotels integrated Shiji Group’s online reputation-management platform with an aim to enhance its guest experience.
Last year, the company unveiled the launch of Coast Hotels USA as a part of its growth strategy in the US to achieve growth across North America by 2028.
