Birmingham’s Highline Hospitality Partners has acquired Hilton Atlanta Airport for an undisclosed amount.

Hotel News Now reported the deal.

Wheelock Street Capital, which bought the hotel in 2019 for $101 million, was the seller.

Highline Hospitality is an investment platform of Highline Real Estate Partners with 15 hotels, encompassing more than 4,100 guest rooms.

It’s the firm’s second Atlanta hotel property, alongside the Sheraton Suites Galleria-Atlanta. HEI Hotels & Resorts will continue to operate the Hilton Atlanta Airport.

Chuck Pomerantz, managing partner at Highline Hospitality Partners, said in a statement that the deal “marks a pivotal milestone for Highline Hospitality Partners and further diversifies our portfolio as we continue to expand our presence in key markets across the nation.”
